    Mrs. Jennifer Carr  

    I grew up in North Wales, PA, and I am a graduate of West Chester University, where I received a dual degree in Elementary Education (PreK-6th) and Special Education (PreK-8th). Additionally, I earned my master’s degree in  Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Joseph’s University.
