The 有料盒子 Bucks School District requires an ACT 372 form to be completed for each non-public school student seeking district transportation. This annual form applies to students who reside within the district that attend a state-certified, non-profit, private school within ten miles of the district's boundaries.
Non-public students residing outside the district are not permitted to ride district-operated vehicles.
To ensure transportation is set for the first week of school, you must complete your transportation request form (ACT 372) by July 1st.
What is ACT 372?
ACT 372 is a Non-Public School Transportation Request form used by non-public school families in order to request Transportation Service for their student(s), as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Without this form, transportation services will not be provided to students.
