    Boomerang Youth Recognition Award

The Boomerang Youth Recognition Award is a district-wide monthly program which recognizes and honors youth in our community for exemplifying and living by one of the chosen Developmental Assets® for the school year.

Each year, more than 800 elementary, middle, and high school students from 有料盒子 Bucks School District are nominated for the Boomerang Award. District winners serve as a model to all students in the district.

You can fill out the nomination form below and send it in to Pine Run Elementary School. Youth can be nominated for the award by any member of the community. In fact, students can nominate themselves or their friends. Each school submits one student who best represents the chosen quality. A rotating committee of community “judges” which includes representatives from CB CARES, local and state government officials, and local businesses, chooses one student (elementary, middle and, high school) from amongst the nominations. These district-wide winners receive a letter and certificate of recognition, a gift certificate from the Monkey's Uncle, and their picture appears in the Bucks County Herald and Backpack Newsflash.  It should be noted that ALL students who have been nominated for this award receive a certificate from CB CARES as an acknowledgement of this honor.
