2025 SPRING SWIM CLINIC
Endurance, Technique, Stroke, and Turn Swim Clinic
at CB South High SchoolThis clinic will be grouped by ability and is designed for swimmers in 8th grade and under~ who:- have little to no competitive swimming experience but do know all four strokes and need a little additional technique work/conditioning before being ready to join a summer swim team or our fall SAL team
- have been a part of a competitive winter/summer team, who have a good knowledge of all four strokes, and can swim multiple laps for a solid hour
Click here for more information about required skills. Please keep in mind that as with any skill, athletes who are out of practice may regress. If your swimmer has been out of the water for a period of time please take that fact into account when considering the propriety of this clinic for your swimmer. The goal of this clinic is to concentrate on the mechanics of the four strokes as well as condition our swimmers for the upcoming summer swim team season. The session will focus on instruction and step-by-step drills to create better stroke technique.~If your 9th grade swimmer is interested in the clinic please email Jennifer Steinberg for additional information at jsteinberg@cbsd.org. This clinic is not appropriate for swimmers in 10th grade and above.
