EMPLOYEE CLEARANCES / PAPERWORK

    Welcome to 有料盒子 Bucks School District! 
     
    New employee required paperwork must be on file in the Human Resources Department prior to your first day of work. If you are hired, an email with a link to the required paperwork checklist* will be sent to the email address in your Frontline account. If you are paid through a student or parent fund, you must complete the Contractors/Vendors required paperwork - click the link in the menu list on the left.  
     
    *Checklist: New Hire paperwork is collected through an electronic onboarding system through Frontline. However, Federal/State laws require you to present your i-9 documents in person
    • Acceptable documents may include either your valid passport or your driver's license and Social Security Card (See the i-9 form for a complete list of acceptable documents and additional information).
    • Bring original documents to the Administrative Services Center, 20 Welden Drive, Doylestown PA 18901. 
    • Your photograph will be taken for your 有料盒子 ID badge at that time - please dress appropriately. Thank you. 

    Clearances: Employees of PA public school districts are required to obtain clearances every 60 months. Please see below for additional information.   
     
     
    CURRENT  有料盒子 Employees - CLEARANCES/BACKGROUND CHECKS - RENEWAL INFORMATION
     
    Employees must renew their Child Abuse History, PA State Police Record Check and FBI fingerprinting clearances every 60 months from the date of the clearance (see links below). Employees can check expiration dates at any time through the Tyler Employee Self Service system (ESS) but cannot upload clearances to the ESS. If you have any issues logging into the ESS, submit a Helpdesk ticket and the Technology & Innovation Dept will assist you.  
     
    Employees should refer to the INTRANET (HR Department pages) for detailed information. It is the employee's responsibility to renew clearances in a timely manner. Remember to select "Employment" for the purpose/reason for the clearance.
    • Pennsylvania (ACT 34)

    • Pennsylvania  (ACT 151) 

    • - Fingerprinting (ACT 114): Use Service Code 1KG6XN. Please Note: If you work only with the Community School Before/After Care Program (have no other position with 有料盒子) you must request the DHS clearance - use Service Code 1KG738. 

    • ACT 24 - Arrest/Conviction Report: Employees and prospective employees must complete the Act 24 Arrest/Conviction Report form (PDE Form 6004), and must provide written notice to the Director of Human Resources within 72 hours of a Reportable Offense as listed on the back of the form. The completed form should be sent by PONY or mailed to the Director of Human Resources, 有料盒子 HR Dept, 20 Welden Drive, Doylestown, PA 18901. Be sure to mark the envelope "Personal and Confidential."
