    Dear Bridge Valley Families,

I am extremely honored and excited to be returning as the Principal of Bridge Valley Elementary School. Serving as Principal at Pine Run Elementary has been an incredibly rewarding experience. During the last four years, I have met many wonderful educators, students, and parents. I have learned a great deal about being a dedicated leader and instructional coach of an elementary school. I look forward to bringing this new knowledge back to Bridge Valley, reconnecting with old friends and meeting new families and staff members.

For those of you who do not know me, my path in education started in 1998 at the Lenape Valley Foundation, supporting students with special learning needs. It was there that I developed a strong appreciation for educators and the staff that support them. My work as a paraprofessional led me to pursue my master’s degree in education from LaSalle University with a dual certification in elementary education and special education. My teaching career began at Butler Elementary where I spent 15 years alongside a staff of talented and inspiring teachers. In my time at Butler, I taught second grade for eleven years and fourth grade for my final four years in the classroom. In 2017 I finished my Administrative Certification at Delaware Valley University and was hired shortly after as the Assistant Principal at Bridge Valley, where I worked for three years. I moved to Pine Run in the Fall of 2020.

As we enter the 2024-2025 school year, I am confident that as a community we will work together to provide an education for our children that is better than ever. This is an exciting time.  I hope you will join me in creating an environment for our students that is positive, inclusive, patient, and caring. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about what is most important to you and your children.
